Front End Dining Management

Seeking a Manager with
min. 2+ years of
experience in a high volume restaurant/bar.

Professional attitude,
strong leadership skills, high energy with outgoing personality.
-
Pro-active hands-on
style, with solid work stability.
-
Previous
bartending/kitchen experience a plus. Willingness to work until the
very early morning hours.

Strong communication
skills, initiative, team building, planning, organization,
creativity and innovation.

Strong promotions &
advertising experience, enthusiasm and humor a plus.
-
The ideal candidate
will possess very strong restaurant operation knowledge and ability,
be detail oriented and have strong customer skills.

Must have the ability
to lead, coach, develop, train, retain and motivate individuals to
be the best!
