Seeking a manager/assistant manager with min. 2+ years of experience in a high volume restaurant/bar.

Professional attitude, strong leadership skills, high energy with outgoing personality.

Pro-active hands-on style, with solid work stability.

Previous bartending/kitchen experience a plus. Willingness to work until the very early morning hours.

Strong communication skills, initiative, team building, planning, organization, creativity and innovation.

Strong promotions & advertising experience, enthusiasm and humor a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess very strong restaurant operation knowledge and ability, be detail oriented and have strong customer skills.
