Front End Dining Management

  • Seeking a Manager with min. 2+ years of experience in a high volume restaurant/bar.

  • Professional attitude, strong leadership skills, high energy with outgoing personality.

  • Pro-active hands-on style, with solid work stability.

  • Previous bartending/kitchen experience a plus. Willingness to work until the very early morning hours.

  • Strong communication skills, initiative, team building, planning, organization, creativity and innovation.

  • Strong promotions & advertising experience, enthusiasm and humor a plus. 

  • The ideal candidate will possess very strong restaurant operation knowledge and ability, be detail oriented and have strong customer skills.

  • Must have the ability to lead, coach, develop, train, retain and motivate individuals to be the best!
