operations of the bar department; oversee training & managing of the
bar staff, cleanliness of the bar.

strong leadership skills, high energy with outgoing personality.

Willingness to work
until the very early morning hours.

Strong communication
skills, initiative, team building, planning, organization,
creativity and innovation.

Strong promotions &
advertising experience, enthusiasm and humor a plus.

The ideal candidate
will possess very strong restaurant operation knowledge and ability,
be detail oriented and have strong customer skills.

Must have the ability
to lead, coach, develop, train, retain and motivate individuals to
be the best!
