Dining Secrets™ of Indiana

A Guide to Unique Restaurants & Eateries Throughout Indiana

-Poole Publishing

"This long, narrow tavern has been serving food and drink since 1882, the ice house out back, turn of the century metal ceiling, and many antique decorating the interior are all reminders of its earlier days...appetizers of shrimp, Crabheachain, oysters Rockefeller (an original recipe), or Blarney puffballs® are offered.  When you are ready for the main course, choose the corned beef & cabbage, Irish stew, leg of lamb or chops, prime rib, live lobster, shrimp, or perhaps the "Rineanna"-duckling half with apple-fennel bread stuffing.  Then, top off your meal with a piece of apple walnut cake or whiskey pie!  Irish soda bread is baked on site."
